FAILURE TO REGISTER WITHIN THE TIME SPECIFIED, WITHOUT REASONABLE EXCUSE, WHEN REQUIRED TO DO SO IS AN OFFENCE UNDER SECTION 26(1) (f) OF THE IMMIGRATION ACT 1971.
